Al-Baha, July ( وكالة الأنباء السعودية ۔ 19 يوليو 2026ء) The walkway features a 900-meter pedestrian track, a 500-meter cycling lane, 35 seating areas, two children’s play zones, decorative lighting, 100 safety barriers, and landscaping with 150 trees and shrubs, including jacaranda and acacia.
As part of the summer season’s activities, the municipality is organizing sports events, competitions, and interactive programs at the walkway in partnership with the Al-Baha Health Cluster and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority. The activities include vital signs screening and health awareness services aimed at promoting public well-being.The Container Walkway project reflects Al-Baha Municipality’s commitment to human-centered urban development, improving quality of life, supporting domestic tourism, and creating attractive public spaces that enrich residents’ and visitors’ summer experiences.
